Today I had a desire of Apple-pie.

I stewd some apples,strain them, added a lump of butter ,eggs three to a pint ,sugar and orange peel. 45 min in a 190° oven.

Today I tried this recipe for my little girl and she loved it. I got it from a famose chef Alessandro Borghese also known as the Gentelman Chef. I want to share it with you all. If you try it let me know if for your kids it had the same success.

Here is the recipe:
